To help you get acquainted with these features and tailor them to your preferences, Subaru offers the Love-Encore visit. During this personalized session, a Subaru Delivery Specialist will meet with you one-on-one to answer your questions and assist you in exploring and customizing your vehicle’s systems.
The Subaru Star Delivery Specialist.
After you take possession of your new Subaru, a Star Delivery Specialist will arrange for you to return to the dealership for a Love-Encore visit. This visit should occur within 14 to 60 days of your original delivery date.
During this visit, you can ask any questions about your vehicle’s features and operations. The Star Delivery Specialist will ensure you fully understand how the technology enhances your driving experience.
Your specialist will guide you through the use and customization of the systems displayed on the right and many others. Additionally, you will be introduced to SUBARU STARLINK® connected services and shown how to enroll. This session typically lasts between 30 and 60 minutes. Your Star Delivery Specialist is available to assist you with any technology-related inquiries before, during, and after your purchase.
